1. Who We Are

ShutterReel is a real estate media management platform operated by MegaPix Design Group, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use ShutterReel at app.shutterreel.net.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Account information — name and email address when you register
• Property listing data — addresses, listing prices, and associated media you upload
• Media files — photographs, videos, floor plans, and other files you upload to the platform
• Agent contact information — names and email addresses of real estate agents associated with your listings
• Usage data — pages visited, features used, and timestamps, collected via server logs
• QuickBooks data — if you connect your QuickBooks Online account, we access customer records and invoice data solely to create invoices on your behalf

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information only to operate and improve ShutterReel:

• Delivering and organizing your real estate media
• Generating tour links and slideshows for agent access
• Creating invoices in QuickBooks Online on your instruction
• Sending tour-link delivery emails to agents on your behalf
• Maintaining the security and performance of the platform

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties except as described below.

4. Third-Party Services

ShutterReel integrates with the following third-party services to deliver its features:

• Intuit QuickBooks Online — for invoice creation (governed by Intuit's Privacy Statement)
• AI providers (Luma, Runway, fal.ai, Google Gemini) — for Studios features including video generation and image enhancement
• Mailcow / SMTP — for sending tour-link delivery emails
• Google Maps — for property geocoding and map display

Each of these services has its own privacy policy and terms. We only transmit the minimum data required for each integration to function.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on servers operated by MegaPix Design Group, LLC, hosted on AWS infrastructure. Media files are stored on local disk within a secured Linux environment. We use HTTPS for all data in transit. Access to the platform requires authentication and we follow reasonable security practices appropriate for a small business SaaS application.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data and listing media for as long as your account is active. Original media files may be automatically downsized after a retention period as part of our storage lifecycle management. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. To make a request, contact us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Children's Privacy

ShutterReel is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of ShutterReel after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
