By accessing or using ShutterReel ("the Service"), operated by MegaPix Design Group, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
ShutterReel is a professional media management platform designed for real estate photographers. It provides tools for organizing property listings and albums, delivering media to real estate agents, generating virtual tours and slideshows, AI-assisted media enhancement and video production, and invoice creation via QuickBooks Online integration.
The Service is intended for use by professional photographers and photography businesses. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
You agree to use ShutterReel only for lawful purposes in connection with legitimate real estate photography services. You must not:
You retain full ownership of all photographs, videos, and other media you upload to ShutterReel. By uploading content, you grant MegaPix Design Group, LLC a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of delivering the Service to you and your designated agents.
We will not use your content for any other purpose, including marketing or training AI models, without your explicit consent.
ShutterReel's QuickBooks Online integration allows you to create invoices directly from your listings. By connecting your QuickBooks account, you authorize ShutterReel to access your QuickBooks customer and product data and create invoice records on your behalf. This connection is governed by Intuit's own terms and privacy policy in addition to these Terms of Use. You may disconnect the integration at any time.
ShutterReel's Studios features use third-party AI services to enhance photos and generate video content. By using these features, you agree that your media may be transmitted to those providers (Luma, Runway, fal.ai, Google Gemini) subject to their respective terms of service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to submit any content to AI processing.
The ShutterReel platform, including its design, code, and non-user-generated content, is owned by MegaPix Design Group, LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the platform itself without written permission.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any interruption or discontinuation of service. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
ShutterReel is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation of the Service. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MegaPix Design Group, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Georgia.
